To discuss. #1 Question on my heart is how to combine team efforts with upper management needs. (Teams can create x-y-z, while Mgmt demands a-b-c, Let's discuss!!!!!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Operations Mgmt, converting goods and labor into methods of conversion (labor) into outputs like value added products that are most beneficial to team, to achieve highest net operation possible. 3 goals of operations managers 1) Implementer of business strategy, 2) Supporter of business strategy, 3) Driving business strategy "in understanding these roles only possible if operation really does has unique capabilities & must have skills to support." Importance of strategic planning : small and longterm impact of planning as production to include tangible and intangible goods that Operations Manager turns into services and products. Operations management there to create highest level of efficiency to maximize profit of company. Design inputs into outputs (like value added products). Best way to create business strategy is to find the utility of the inputs!!!!!! Production creates form utility by converting materials (like: Sterner productions/church/charity w/ godphone and other services she renders) and ideas (intangible goods) into finished product (memberships). This conversion may make major changes via the materials or when combined simply be broken down to show different parts or products (services too). Thus what matters to an operations manager is inputs (resources company had & materials used) + conversion process (add value) = outputs (goods/services). In a company like Sterner Productions the process of their production system IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT !!! Especially (with any company) for sales/at times of sales.
"Along with marketing and finance, production is a vital business activity. Without products or services to sell, companies cannot generate money to pay their employees, lenders, and stockholders. And without the profits from goods, firms quickly fail. The production process is just as crucial in nonprofit or charity organizations, such as St. Jude and Goodwill Industries, because the goods or services they offer justify their existence. Effective production and operations management can lower a firms costs of production, boost the quality of its goods and services (memberships), allow it to respond dependably to customer demands, and enable it to renew itself by providing new products. (NOT the only good or product Sterner Productions makes is memberships, we make many other goods "inputs", but for YOUR and OUR purpose, the focus of business strategy is selling our memberships... once we gain loyal members, we can add in the other products/services to make a profit.)
Analytic production: to extract 1 or more marketable parts by reducing raw material or other component. GOAL:::: To build/create/plan for an "outcome is varied marketable services that can be HIGHLY MARKETED AND SOLD!!!!!"
  1) Example, Sterner Productions is a green focused company, through product and process design. Manufactured "green products through renewable systems" and improved green manufacturing of memberships and services. Also, green production is accomplished through the organization via x-y-z. We produce in this way 1 million dollars+ value through our totally green manufacturing and production, while zeroing in on our clean technology and focused "green" productions. Green charity included, that revisits the "green" problem and services this sector or industry (Green Philanthropy based our company is over 20% of companies rapid growing services through renewable sectors of life cycles of company "company is designed to reuse inputs of productions and can easily reinstall services into many industries/goods/productions".)
By visiting the marketable factors of our company and using them to sell our current product (memberships) our companies net profit should be at 1.5 million by the end of this year. But operations management must first do the conversion. This is our focus, Jerry, in making the sales scripts and calls. We must design scripts that sell!!! High sales is our #1 focus in partnering with your organization. What is your companies wish, to make sales for the company or just simply to market us and get us leads? If the goal you are attaining to is marketability or lead generation, then it is not helping us over here as we need sales. The tasks of making 5-10 minute sales calls, with scripts that sell/sell/sell 3/10 calls IS WHAT WE PLANNED TO BE FOCUSING ON! Can we set up a meeting this week to discuss this operation plan, if it is not in place????
