What shall we do about all these problems and conflicts? First step is to acknowledge that they exist. What problems are out there members, countrymen? Where do they lie?

When mixing in the duties and responsibilities of public as Sterner Productions-D-company and public came together to grow community and develop community with good works and positive social charity based changes which the company has put forth and issued forth in foundation.
Everyone on earth since 2003, has known that D and her companies mission, the foundation grew from this public awareness, as well as the partnerships globally and in Los Angeles.
Love for all man, women, child, for the future of America and American business/education is and was a strong element in the foundation. Hollywood even came in and partnered with D, the company, for sales, entertainment, and to open media-outlets to the company. Groups across America came to support and learn, love from one another, and help out by giving-educating-guiding-one another.
Yes, the film world, the problems in the states, the conflicts in the nation or globally. That's what the people, the community, we the people work on (to solve). So, we the people are to develop as like the public in LA, the media, in any state, like D the owner/founder of the company, a community that helps people, an individual that helps others.
2000's-2010, We see a state that has problems. The film world, media world is unhealthy and in many ways. To focused on ill-sin-talking and less on helping, serving, doing supporting. The public in state, lets say A-California, is in a state of power but with a legal justice system, poverty system, that had PAST problems. So, individuals (like D) or workers in the state came together in help to help those that had past problems, publicly, and in the public, created resources for the community for the people and educated communities, people, individuals, the public.
2000's-2010, We see a community involved in development, in LA, in cities across the board, with a better community and community goals, with public businesses like Sterner Productions, the community agenda and other LA organizations are founded. The DWC, 180, Union, Mission, Clean up Skid Row, Developed building and community parks, McArthur Park --- very well developed and cleaned up and supporting of minorities, individuals, public and publicly. Individuals, D, and countrymen-public go to these places and spread message and support for all and the community by resourcing the community. The poor are helped, the sick-ill taken care of-- the religious supported-- the community deepens, is smarter. Founded in 2010 is a community center called the DWC, for women, it provides food daily, 3 meals, clothing, showers, resources, computer center, goods, education, volunteering, TV lounge, free clinic with free Medicaid-medical coming in from Obama admin.
Much more positive growth in communities, the subway-Metro opens, and people everywhere are helped, as well as individuals in public, the public coming together to learn, grow, together!!! Healthy relationships everyday in LA... across the world, across the board.
As D has done and has had, healthy, safe, relationships, growing in community, (went to school, had housing, needs always met and building with others, working with others to provide elite foundation public global company that develops in the community AND IN *2014-2016, asked to partner join in with community in need, Skid Row, McCarthur Park, Greater LA. Her company is legal, since 2012 licensing California, and asked to serve the community of LA.
The public is there for the people, always will be, and to provide and help.
So, Second step is to do. I believe the man has the answers. In fact, I KNOW they do. The right answers. The right path. The right speech. The right thoughts. The right then thus action. Follow this.
But what about this company? What shall it do to help and to provide for the people. Since Sterner is allowed (and can) rebuild with a human, She shall mindfully work (in step with God and all that is right and good) with the living here on this New Earth, and change man for the better.

The live events we have will grow a better world, a world where man and women equally defined not in race, nor economic status, nor background (past-present-future) are included and Welcomed into.... The company WILL ALWAYS BE THERE. WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF THE COMMUNITY. LEGAL. BENEFICIAL. GOOD. SUPPORTING AND BLESSING.
