Founded Sterner Productions in 2003. Has worked as Owner/Founder since then. Now 2016. The company is set to advertise and market (esp. on Facebook see our online sites). Is going to be hiring and managing company operations in Los Angeles where company headquarters is, Marina del Rey.
As soon as we get 150 members we will be setting up in Marina.
I am looking forward to normal life with my friends and family, my husbands, my local community and international community. Since 2003 I have worked on specific dates when things will happen, and I have been working on company objectives, company policy and missions, company internal revenues.
Company is largest church, charity, production company on Earth. No soul has been untouched by my religious works. No soul untouched by my ministry. Production company works in ALL media, publicity, TV, Radio, Film, print (good)..... Only good works. No sinning.
Company missions is to sell boxes memberships for $100.00 for the year, which again you receive elite membership card, special church member certification, newsletter and gifts in the mail. As company grows member wise, so does newsletter and special events which are sent to the members. Special events include live events in Los Angeles and Vegas, live music events with special productions, live religious events and/or spiritual awaken movements (which Me, Darlene and my friends will be at). These events are paid for by the company and other partnered peoples who donate to our company.
Missions also include charity missions, as a % of memberships goes to charity. We shall partner with 200 nonprofits, to start, and then grow our own charity missions with the members and people who volunteer or are paid employees. Donations to our charity is sought and as more money comes in, more money will go to specific charity missions. Example: Donations to needy in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Mission of company also is in job creation and growth. Growth of company is in employees that go out and seek memberships, send members online to purchase memberships, and are paid well for their work. We are looking for 50 employees in California, and 100 in other US states. Freelance sales reps is equatable to the position, which pays $15-$25 an hour, and comes with great employee benefits, package, events, and family like atmosphere.
Production company will grow as company insets it's own further development. Meaning, in future 2018/2019/2020 company will be looking for workers, writers and production people to write/create small live productions which will be for members only on the members only website. Members only website is also include in our mission, and for which members can see videos, chat online, forum online, see special pictures and special love of Darlene.
We will continue working within the people, for the people, by the people, and in the One True God.
