  Darlene Sterner's Report on Development in Community (Center DWC) with Sterner Productions

              Hi! I am so very excited about the report as I have wrote some info below for you the new member, customer or old friend-follower. I have been busy (happy, excited, fun, Deeding) to the creation of the foundation of the company, (I think it is the best, and I love all that I have done with the people, organizations, business. I have been working HARD on the company and also have been working with the people on information and facts that have been developed within the company). 

      In 2012ish we partnered with the community in LA and the community of Los Angeles (and since then grew with the information I shared with the community/people/places) and then all the company information came in 2015-2016.

      I am very happy and in love with all the work we did, have done, in the foundation and development of the company. This is MY prize possession. I love everyone, on earth, and have created for them a built organization that blesses, gifts, honors, realizes, and encompasses the best, greatest, good. In working on the foundation we were embraced in a heavenly lift off to the "saving of man and women" an experience that bring in the people (person) to enjoy and live exquisitely. 

    I love the people I worked with (work with) and as you can see below our partnership/work in Skid Row, certain places in Los Angeles, will bring about the great results from a strong, platinum manifolded foundation. Real people will be blessed and helped. But more than that the real people (see MY other blog posts) are earthly involved and business developed. 

     The facts.... I have almost all the internal knowledge and work, since we have been working on this for over 10 years. With the huge community global opening this May, and community previous development outreach education, we have put together...

   1) DWC--- Downtown's Women Center.... The women that come in will be blessed by our charity (we have already informed them and the community of LA as to that) with charity emergency bags, gift bags-items (to start shoes and tshirts/clothing) and id vouchers/metro card vouchers. 

  In the US every man, women past the age of 18 needs to carry id, or identification. Without id many known problems can occur. We ask all citizens to carry identification and in places-cities where we (Sterner Productions) work, do charity, we provide the id vouchers-payment.

    2) Once the charity opens, scheduled this October, we will be sending out food trucks to the LA community and putting together the charity. Then charity emergency bags will be put together, at our office in Santa Monica/Promenade/Los Angeles Storage and delivered to the DWC, people in Skid ROW, ... Midnight Mission. We then will have the newly hired workers, be making id vouchers, and Metro card transportation envelopes, as well as handing out cold drinks and sweets and charity feedback forms. The id vouchers go to the DWC. They are handed out at other partnered downtown centers, LA partnered community centers or churches, and even by our workers. (The field advocates/reps.)

    3) After the fall charity (first phase) the second phase comes in with YOU the new member, as we said. The new member provides the gift resources, charity gifts like gift cards, better clothing, better body wash/care, better essential products. The second phase has us all going for the cards that come in the member boxes or charity boxes (or even sold separately on our website) and bringing about social community change from the foundation-development we did in 2012-2015. Great change, great great great great great great great great great great great!!!!

P.P.S. I found the small housing for homeless (in Skid Row, in Africa, in other places in the US, in other places in the globe) and it's really inexpensive, less than $2000 for the actual beautiful, gorgeous, and beautiful per housing.

P.P.S. Development in Los Angeles going (is going) perfect, we had so much work to do, so much work! Remember the opening was May 2016!
